Protect your account
Your account security is essential. Here's how to protect it effectively:
1. Use a strong password
- At least 8 characters
- Mix of uppercase, lowercase, and numbers
- Different from your other accounts
2. Never share your credentials
Maket will NEVER ask for your password by phone, email, or SMS.
3. Beware of scams
- Only communicate through Maket messaging
- Don't share bank details outside the app
- Report suspicious behavior
4. Check URLs
Make sure you're on the real Maket site: maket.com
5. Log out on shared devices
If using a public computer, always log out after your session.
Change your password
- Go to "Account Settings"
- Click "Security"
- Select "Change Password"
- Follow the instructions
