Notification types
You can individually enable/disable:
Transactional notifications
- Order confirmation
- Item shipped
- Delivery confirmed
- Payment received (for sellers)
Activity notifications
- New message from buyer/seller
- Offer received on your item
- Favorite item on sale
Marketing notifications
- News and trends
- Selling tips
- Special offers
Notification channels
For each type, choose:
- SMS: For urgent notifications
- Email: For summaries and detailed information
- Mobile push: For real-time alerts
Manage your preferences
- Settings → Notifications
- Enable/disable as needed
- Changes are instant
Tip: Keep at least transactional notifications active so you don't miss anything important.
